Families of our policyholders affected by this incident can apply for a claim through our simplified claim settlement process mentioned below:

Just 3 documents are required for filing a claim

1. Copy of Death Certificate/ Proof of Death issued by Municipal Corporation or hospital or list issued by Police or Armed forces.
2. Written request by the person filing the claim with policy number along with his/ her copy of canceled cheque of the bank account to receive the claim amount.
3. Photo Identity Proof, i.e PAN Card, Aadhaar, Driving License of the person filing the claim.

You can submit these documents through any of the options:

Courier: You can courier the documents to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Unit No. 1A & 2A, Raheja Tipco Plaza, Rani Sati Marg, Malad (East), Mumbai- 400 097.

Note: This process is applicable for Death/ Health claims from ICICI Pru policies and policies issued under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJB)
